PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing adhering of paper powder, to an area from which paper powder cannot be removed by a conductive brush, on a photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: A transfer roller (not shown) for transferring a visible image obtained, by developing an electrostatic latent image on a photoreceptor drum 31 by toner to a paper, the conductive brush (not shown) for catching paper powder stuck to a surface of the photoreceptor drum 31; a lower film 35 which is provided so as to close a space between the photoreceptor drum 31 and a cartridge enclosure and stores the paper powder caught by the conductive brush into the cartridge enclosure, etc. are stored in the cartridge enclosure of a photoreceptor cartridge 30 other than the photoreceptor drum 31 which has the electrostatic latent image formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Sponge members 36, projecting away from the lower film 35 from both ends in an axial direction of the photoreceptor drum 31 (hereinafter, to be referred to as a drum axial direction hereafter) along the drum axial direction are provided at both ends in the drum axial direction of the lower film 35.
