PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which efficiently prevent the whole body from valley warping while securing high sound-proofing performance. SOLUTION: On a rear side of a decorative plywood 2 wherein a rear groove 3 is provided, a cushion material 7 is laminated with an adhesive while interposing a water-absorption sheet 5 which is inflated by absorbing water. Then, the water-absorption sheet 5 is contracted by drying. Alternatively, a material inflated by heating is used as the cushion material 7, so that the cushion material 7 after lamination may be contracted by cooling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
