PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating airtight structure which is a roof slab, a floor slab, or the like with excellent heat insulating property and airtightness. SOLUTION: The heat insulting airtight structure 1 comprises a plurality of beam members 2 composed of webs 2c, upper flanges 2a and lower flanges 2b and disposed parallel at predetermined spaces; a wooden plate 3 horizontally provided at the adjacent beam members 2 so that the ends are fixed to the upper faces of lower flanges 2b of the beam members 2; and a heat insulating material 4 horizontally provided at the adjacent beam members 2 and arranged on the upper face of the wooden plate 3.
