PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floater 1 which requires no attachment of a wing or the formation of a hole in the center, can be naturally styled due to a high degree of freedom of design and can be stably floated in the air. SOLUTION: The floater has a weight 2 provided at the lower part of a floater body 1a formed of a lightweight material in an appropriate shape and is floated in the air by air streams 5 blown upward.
