<p>The mechanism for the delivery of differently colored polyurethane forming material, comprises isocynate source (12), a polyol source (14) having catalyzed or non-catalyzed polyol, dye sources for supplying dyes, premixing chambers (20a-20d) exhibiting a mixing element for mixing the dyes and either isocynate or polyol to form a selectively colored material, a spraying head (22) connected with the chamber and the isocynate- and the polyol source, a valve module (24), additive source containing UV light stabilizer, an additional premixing chamber, and three pumps. The mechanism for the delivery of differently colored polyurethane forming material, comprises isocynate source (12), a polyol source (14) having catalyzed or non-catalyzed polyol, dye sources for supplying dyes, premixing chambers (20) exhibiting a mixing element for mixing the dyes and either isocynate or polyol to form a selective colored material, a spraying head (22) connected with the chamber and the isocynate- and the polyol source, a valve module (24) arranged between the spraying head and the premixing chambers for supplying the selectively colored material to the spraying head, additive source containing UV light stabilizer, an additional premixing chamber exhibiting a mixing element for mixing the polyol and the ultraviolet stabilizer, and three pumps. The first pump is arranged between the isocynate source and the spraying head. The second pump is arranged between the polyol source and the spraying head, and the third pump is arranged between the premixing chamber and the valve module. The additional premixing chamber is connected with the polyol source, the additive source and the spraying head for supplying ultraviolet stabilizer mixed polyol to the spraying head. The premixing chambers are attached to the dye sources and to the isocyanate- and polyol source. Each premixing chambers are connected to the polyol source, and the spray head is connected with the isocynate source.</p> |
