The arrangement has a retaining device for retaining of mounting parts and fastened at a side of a vehicle. A retaining system for fastening of cargo receiving devices is arranged at the retaining device, where the receiving devices are exchangeable among each other. The retaining device is designed as a supporting frame (1), where retaining rails (6, 6`) and grip bars (7, 7`) as the retaining system are fastened at the supporting frame.
