摘要 A laser induced thermal imaging apparatus and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode using the same are provided to prevent pores from being formed between an acceptor substrate and a donor film by using a magnetic force. A LITI(Laser Induced Thermal Imaging) apparatus forms a light emitting layer of an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode). The LITI apparatus includes a chamber(210), a laser resonator(225), and an attachment frame conveyor unit(290). The chamber includes a substrate stage which includes a magnet or a magnetic material, and an attachment frame. The attachment frame is arranged between the substrate stage and the laser resonator. The laser resonator irradiates a laser beam on the attachment frame and the donor film. The attachment frame conveyor unit reciprocally moves the attachment frame toward the substrate stage. The laser resonator irradiates a laser beam on the attachment frame and the donor film. First to third attachment frame units are sequentially mounted on the chamber to form the light emitting layer. A first aperture corresponding to a first sub-pixel region is formed on the first attachment frame unit. A second aperture corresponding to a second sub-pixel region is formed on the second attachment frame unit. A third aperture corresponding to a third sub-pixel region is formed on the third attachment frame unit.
