A multi-frequency oscillator is provided to reduce an integrated circuit and to obtain an accurate oscillation frequency without an RC trimming. In a multi-frequency oscillator, an oscillation block(20) outputs a plurality of oscillation signals having different frequency one another in response to a selection signal(SEL). An RC circuit is connected with the oscillation block(20). The RC circuit includes a plurality of resistances(R1,R22 to Rnn) connected in series one another, a plurality of capacitors(C1,C22 to Cnn) connected in parallel one another, and a plurality of switches(SW1,SW2 to SWn) selecting the number of resistances(R1,R22 to Rnn) and capacitors(C1,C22 to Cnn) corresponding to the selection signal(SEL). |
