A two ends mounting structure for an outside belt weather strip for a rear door of a car is provided to improve the exterior view and prevent transmission of noise through a gap generated between a belt rib and a door frame, thereby achieving more comfortable riding for a passenger. A two ends mounting structure for an outside belt weather strip for a rear door of a car, comprises a flange formed at an upper end of an outer door panel(11a) of the rear door. Blocking members(30b) are mounted to both ends of front and rear sides of the weather strip, in order to fix the front blocking member to a door frame by a screw. A stud(40) is mounted to a rear upper surface of the outer door panel. A boss(50) is integrally formed with the rear blocking member of the weather strip. A supporting hole(51) having an opening is formed at the boss, so that the stud is inserted and fixed in the supporting hole. A supporting projection(41) having a larger diameter than the stud is integrally formed with a leading end of the stud. A supporting recess is formed at the supporting hole and the opening.
