A mobile RF repeater is provided to increase convenience of installation and management by configuring an antenna module and a wireless transmission/reception repeater module into a single unit. A mobile RF relay station comprises an antenna(100), a wireless repeater(104), a cable arrangement box(108), a distribution board(110), and an enclosure. The antenna(100), formed at the upper part of a central support bar(112), is installed so that its height can be adjusted in vertical direction of the central support bar(112). The wireless repeater(104), installed on the central support bar(112) and under the antenna(100), transmits and receives radio signals. The cable arrangement box(108), installed under the wireless repeater(104), comprises an extension cable to be connected to the wireless repeater(104). The distribution board(110), installed at the back of the cable arrangement box(108), prevents over-voltage of the wireless repeater(104). The enclosure protects the wireless repeater(104), the cable arrangement box(108), and the distribution board(110) from the outside.
