A fixture of an instrument panel for testing an inertia load is provided to receive strong collision power through a collision generating apparatus operated by high pressure air. A fixture of an instrument panel(40) for testing an inertia load includes a slider(10), a bottom plate(30) and a plurality of frame units(50). The slider has a collision transmission block to receive strong collision power through a collision generating apparatus operated by high pressure air, and movably installed along a guide rail. The bottom plate is fixedly installed on the slider. The plurality of frame units are fixed on the bottom plate to vary their positions, and detachably engaged with a plurality of portions of an instrument panel to fix the instrument panel. The guide rail and the bottom plate are coupled with each other by bolts(71) and nuts fastened to the bolts.
