<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular data recording device capable of recording an output value of each sensor with sampling frequency set on the basis of a frequency zone of an output signal of each sensor, and capable of a deviation of event generating time and each sapling timing, in the vehicular data recording device recording the output value from a plurality of the sensors. <P>SOLUTION: When a counter value of a first counter 112A acting in a first frequency and a first count range becomes a predetermined value, the output value of an acceleration sensor 210 is recorded in a recording portion 120. When a counter value of a second counter 112B acting in a second frequency and a second count range becomes a predetermined value, the output value of a traveling state sensor 220 is recorded in the recording portion 120.
