<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste liquid treatment method and an organic waste liquid treatment system which enable an efficient decomposition treatment of organic waste liquid discharged when manufacturing electronic parts. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for treating the organic waste liquid discharged when manufacturing electronic parts, organic components (for example, waste oil, such as xylene, ethanolamine, hydroxyamine, and catechol, and waste alkali, such as dimethylformamide, discharged from a photolithography process, and a separation process of resists) contained in the organic waste liquid are decomposed to sugars by enzymes, and the sugars generated by the decomposition are decomposed by microorganisms. Such a constitution enables the efficient decomposition of the organic components in comparison with a case where the whole of the organic waste liquid is treated with the microorganisms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
