<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card that improves printing properties by suppressing printing omission or print fading. <P>SOLUTION: A resin layer 11 provided with a through-hole 12, which encloses the chip body 8 side of an IC chip, is introduced onto an antenna module 2.
