PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for using geothermal heat, easy in work, and reducing even cost, while maximally making the most of heat radiation efficiency with a simple structure, by arranging a heat sink on the tip of a heat transfer pipe. SOLUTION: The device is characterized in that the heat sink is arranged on the tip of the heat transfer pipe buried in earth under the floor of a building, and a fan is arranged in an upper part or a lower part of the heat sink.
