PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and long-lived liquid flow cooling device which is a pump without a movable part, prevents vibration and noise, reduces size and weight by simplifying structure. SOLUTION: The liquid flow cooling device uses an ion conductive liquid as a cooling liquid, and is provided with an electromagnetic pump 32 comprising a magnetic field generation means for applying a magnetic field in a direction orthogonal to a flow direction of the ion conductive liquid, and an electric current generation means for applying an electric current in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction and magnetic field direction of the ion conductive liquid.
