PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure transaction security by automatically deleting Internet temporary files and history information stored when a shared terminal installed in a public space accesses an online transaction server for an Internet-based online transaction service such as Internet banking. SOLUTION: After the terminal 20 installed in a public space logs in the online transaction server 30, a screen for selection of whether or not to delete temporary files 21 and the like is displayed on the terminal 20 when logged out, and if the deletion is selected, the online transaction server 30 sends an execution file 32 for deleting the temporary files 21 and the like on the terminal 20 to thereby automatically delete the temporary files 21 and history information 22 saved in the terminal.
