PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition capable of being used for the hemostatic management of a patient suffering from hemorrhage trouble caused by the deficiency or abnormality of blood coagulation factors including platelets, hemorrhage by trauma or hemostatic failure due to e.g. the blood coagulation factor abnormalities (including deficiency), especially having an inhibitor (an antibody) against a blood coagulation factor. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition comprises FX or a combination of the FX with a trace amount of FVIIa as main ingredients.
