PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposer with enhanced soundproofing effect. SOLUTION: A crushing unit is contained in a hopper. The crushing unit comprises a housing and multiple crushing blades of stationary blades and rotary blades contained therein. The hopper forms a part of the disposer body 50. The outer surface of the body 50 is partly covered with a noise insulation material 60.
