PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker structure which maintains excellent sound quality with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The speaker structure has a first speaker which is provided with a first vibration board, a first frame to fix the perimeter of the first vibration board and a first magnetic circuit to convert signals into vibration to the first vibration board, a second speaker which is provided with a second vibration board, a second frame to fix the perimeter of the second vibration board and a second magnetic circuit to convert signals into vibration to the second vibration board, and a fixing means for fixing the rear sides of the first and second magnetic circuits.
