PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is necessary, in a single frequency transmitter including a plurality of transmitter stations, to produce a transmission frame to be transmitted within the transmitter station and to guarantee that transmission frames to be transmitted simultaneously include the same data packets. SOLUTION: A source station inserts an identification indicative of a packet to be transmitted within one frame by each of transmitter stations into a series of packets and transmits a series of packets to which the identification is inserted, to the transmitter stations.
