PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera-equipped portable telephone for giving instructions for sealing on a document of settlement or the like from a remote place by using a portable telephone device, or a remote approval system using a PDA. SOLUTION: The remote approval system using the camera-equipped portable telephone device 1 or PDA includes steps of controlling a remote control unit 6 at a remote approval device 2 side, moving a seal 9 on the document of settlement 10, and sealing on an impression place of the document of settlement 10 by remote operation.
