SEEPAGE WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS, AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seepage water treating method forming recyclable salts with relatively simple structure, without requiring an apparatus generating active oxygen species or active chemical species, an apparatus for storage and an apparatus supplying these species to an oxidizing decomposition apparatus. SOLUTION: This seepage water treatment apparatus comprises a thickening apparatus thickening seepage water containing at least one of salts and colored organic components, and an electrochemical treatment apparatus electrochemically oxidizing thickened water obtained in the thickening treatment.
