PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressive hemostatic belt which is produced in a large amount at a low cost, is mass-producible, and causes no rubber allergy. SOLUTION: A balloon compressive hemostatic belt 10 has a balloon 12 expanded by supplying air at a predetermined position of a belt 11. The balloon is produced not by using a common rubber but by stacking urethane elastomer sheets, connecting an air supply tube 14 for supplying air, and thermally welding a peripheral part 31.
