The sanitary flushing system (1) has a flushing cistern (4) such as in-wall mounting, and a device (2) to supply cleaning agents and or odoriferous substances into a sanitary basin (3). The device has a buffer (5) to temporary allow a certain dose of cleaning agents and or odoriferous substances, which in direction of flow (s) of the rinse water after the flushing cistern to the sanitary basin and to an attached flushing tube (6). A part of the rinse water can flush the buffer during a temporary rinsing procedure. An independent claim is included for flush tube.
