A mask having functions of anti-smell and anti-bacteria is provided to carry out the filtration of the fine dust, like yellow sand, when breathing, because the latter passes through a silver thread fabric, and to achieve the anti-smell and -bacteria effect as well as the ultraviolet protection and the smooth breathing. The mask having functions of anti-smell and anti-bacteria comprises: a mask body(100); an inner fabric(110), arranged in a lower face part of the mask body(100), and having a ventilation hole(112) which is formed in a central portion of the mask body(100) corresponding to users' mouth and nose; an outer fabric(120), sewn to a frontal surface of the inner fabric(110) so that a lower part of the outer fabric(120) is opened, and covering the ventilation hole(112) in the first place; and an intermediate filter fabric(130), arranged between the inner and outer fabrics(110,120), and covering the ventilation hole(112) in the second place; wherein a silver thread(114,124) with an anti-bacterial effect is woven in the inner and outer fabrics(110,120).
