A method for processing a signal of a pulse train waveform is provided to obtain performance equal to the signal processing result of the existing algorism in processing a signal of radar receiving a pulse train and to secure good resource or cost efficiency. A method for processing a received signal in radar, which receives the signal reflected from the peripheral objects by emitting pulse-type electron waves at regular time intervals, is composed of steps of: forming range gate data by receiving the signal correspondent to the pulse train transmitted from the radar(S401,S402); integrating each range gate data in the entire pulse repetition range(S403); and processing each integrated range gate data in a frequency region(S405). The frequency region processing step includes a process for multiplying each integrated range gate data by a weighting function(S404) and a process for fast Fourier-transforming the data multiplied by the weighting function.
