A stand-type projector is provided to project a film image on a ceiling by coupling the projector with the stand. A stand-type projector includes a projector which is coupled with a stand mount. The stand mount holds the projector, which projects a film image on a flat surface, such as a ceiling. The stand-type projector includes a variable resistor(a), a timer(b), a connector(c), a mount(d), a lens(e), a head portion(f), a lamp(g), a glass(h), a film(i), and a helical groove(j). The film image which is printed on the film, is magnified by the light, which is emitted from the lamp. The glass covers the lens. The film is mounted on the glass.
