A locking device of main litter for a first aid patient is provided to save the time for fixing a main litter in an emergency situation, and to prevent the main litter from moving by loading the main litter on an ambulance without separate locking action. On side end of a bed fixing bracket, a main litter fixing portion is formed. The lower end of a height adjusting bolt portion consists of a fixing pin, a latch(51), a stopper(55), a rotary latch(50) and a knob assembly(30). A coupling rod is formed on the fixing pin. The latch(51) is inserted into a shaft and is installed to be capable of rotating by a latch spring. On one side of the latch(51), plural protrusion portions(53) are formed. On one side of the protrusion portion(53), a coupling rod placement portion(52) is formed. On the stopper(55), a holding part(56) is formed to let one end of the protrusion portion(53) hung thereon.
