An apparatus for agitating and heating fuel for a ship is provided to shatter solid bodies in the fuel by engaging a centrifugal impeller with the tip end of a rotational shaft. An apparatus for agitating and heating a fuel for a ship includes a heating tank(10), a drive motor(70), a bearing case(60), and a rotational shaft(50). The heating tank is closed by a cover(11). The drive motor is vertically installed on a motor bed(71). The bearing case is fixed to a central portion of the upper surface of the cover. The rotational shaft is connected to the drive motor by a coupling(52). An impeller(51) is engaged with the lower side of the rotational shaft. A circular vortex collision plate(30) having a plurality of saw-tooth acute angle recesses(31) are horizontally welded to the interior of the heating tank. The several vortex collision plates having the plurality of saw-tooth acute angle recesses are formed on the upper side of the vortex collision plate horizontally welded in the heating tank. A vortex chamber(32) is formed about the impeller. |
