The invention concerns a building component that is assembled from a plastic foam material and a reinforcement netting of a spatial structure being at least partly embedded in the foam material, in which the plastic foam material is provided with a layer of sand at the side where the reinforcement netting projects from the foam material. The individual grains of the layer of sand are mutually connected to a binding agent to be applied in a liquid state, in which directly connecting to the layer of sand, the foam material is formed with the same binding agent. |
