The connection has a hub (4) supporting a brake disc (16) and a wheel (1) of a motor vehicle. The disc has a thickness tolerance of +- 0.15 millimeter (mm), where the hub has a centering extension (8) that includes a length tolerance of +- 0.3 mm. A contact clearance (33) has a tolerance of +- 0.5 mm, so that a length (19) of a contact surface has a tolerance range of +- 0.95mm in an axial direction. The contact clearance is viewed in the axial direction at a distance from a contact point (31) of a rim bowl (2) at the disc to beginning of the length (19) between the hub and the wheel. An independent claim is also included for a method of producing a wheel-hub-connection. |
