Isocyanate group containing adduct compound (I), is new. Isocyanate group containing adduct compound of formula ((OCN) 2Y 1>NHC(O)XR 1>), is new. R 1>1-20C hydrocarbon optionally containing 0-2 heteroatoms, and does not contain silane groups; X : -O-, -S-, -N(R 2>)-, -N(R 2>)-CO-, -N(R 3>)-CO-N(R 4>)- or -O-CO-; R 2>1-20C hydrocarbon remainder with 1 to 20 C atoms, which optionally shows a cyclic part and at least a functional group such as ether, sulfone, nitrile, nitro, carbonic acid ester, sulfonic acid ester or phosphonic acid ester; either R 3>, R 4>1-20C hydrocarbon, which optionally shows a cyclic part; or R 3>R 4>+urea material : 5-6 membered ring, which is optionally substituted and shows 3-20 C atoms; and Y 1>an oligomer aliphatic polyisocyanate with three isocyanate group after separating all isocyanate group. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of (I); (2) a single-component composition comprising (I), at least a isocyanate group containing polymer and optionally silane group; (3) a two-component composition comprising (I) and at least a polyisocyanate as component 1, and polyol and/or at least a polyamine as component 2; (4) a mixed two-component composition, obtained by mixing the two components, so that: the isocyanate groups are used in excess with respect to the hydroxyl- and/or amino group, preferably the ratio of hydroxyl and amino to isocyanate is 0.5-0.95; (5) the preparation of the single-component composition comprising preparing (I) and the polymer and separating (I) from polymer; (6) the preparation of two-component composition comprising mixing polyisocyanate with (I); (7) a agglutinating process comprising applying the single-component composition or the mixed two-component composition on a substrate (S1) and/or a substrate (S2), joining the adherend, and hardening the composition, where S1 and S2 are same or different; (8) a sealing procedure comprising applying the single-component composition or the mixed two-component composition on S1 and/or S2, and hardening the composition; and (9) a pasted or sealed articles obtained by the process. |
