Although bisacodyl has been coated with various coatings so as to be released in an area ranging from the lower part of the small intestine to the large intestine, it is less apt to sufficiently produce its effect because of its poor solubility. Furthermore, it has been necessary to incorporate the drug in a larger amount. No technique has been known in which bisacodyl and dioctylsodium sulfosuccinate are simultaneously released in an area ranging from the lower part of the small intestine to the large intestine. The solid pharmaceutical preparation is characterized in that a core particle comprising a sparingly water-soluble drug and dioctylsodium sulfosuccinate has been coated with an enteric coating so as to release the drug in an area ranging from the lower part of the small intestine to the large intestine. It can be an excellent medicine.
