A plate of a burning chamber and a processing method thereof are provided to reduce the generation of a boiling noise due to partial heating and to increase heat exchanging efficiency of a heat exchanger by eliminating a burning gas flowing into a backlog section. In a plate of a burning chamber(10'), a heat exchanging chamber on which a burn-pipe(20) is arranged, and a burning chamber are divided. An opening is coupled with one end of the burn-pipe. A projection unit(11) having a concave portion(111) along the circumference of the opening to face the direction that the burn-in pipe is arranged. The number and position of the openings are determined based on the number and position of the burn-pipes. It is preferable that the concave portion has a depth of 0.5~1.5 mm and a width of 0.5~1.5 mm when the diameter of the burn-pipe is 19.5 mm. |
