PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely sterilize the all surfaces of a vessel carried by an air carrier conveyer. SOLUTION: In the carrier path of an air carrier conveyer 6, a bottle separator 8 is arranged to make Bs carried apart to supply each to a sterilizing chamber 10. In the sterilizing chamber 10, grip members 94 of a vessel holding/carrier mechanism 22 grip a vessel B, and the vessel B is sprayed with a mist sterilizing liquid from sterilizing liquid spraying ducts 24A, 24B, 24C, and 24D. The sterilizing liquid is not adhered to a part gripped by the grip members 94 of the vessel B. However, another sterilizing liquid spraying duct 25 is provided between the bottle separator 8 and the holding/carrier mechanism 22 and sprays a sterilizing liquid to a part which will be gripped by the grip members 94 later. The vessel B all surfaces of which are sprayed with a sterilizing liquid is dried while it is air-carried and completely sterilized. |
