A contents reproducing method is provided to be capable of simultaneously reproducing 2 contents by alternately calling each memory address where data which contain the contents are stored, therefore a problem of resources of a microcomputer being deficient is solved. Video data to be reproduced is selected(S100). The selected video data is stored in a memory(S102). An address of the memory where the video data is stored is called to transmit the video data to a video CODEC(Coder Decoder) unit so that the video data is reproduced(S104). A controller decides whether a voice signal exists in the video data(S106). If not, audio data to be reproduced is stored in another address of the memory(S108). The memory addresses where the audio data and the video data are stored are alternately called to simultaneously reproduce the audio data and the video data(S110). If a user selects additional audio data(S112), the controller stores the additional audio data in a next address of the memory address where the currently reproduced audio data is stored(S114). The controller reproduces the second audio data(S116).
