INFINITY LOOP TYPE LASER BEAM CUTTING APPARATUS AND CUTTING METHOD USING THE SAME

An infinite loope type laser beam cutting system capable of reducing the cost required for producing the laser beam by collecting and returning a laser beam that transmits glass and reusing the returned laser beam, and an infinite loope type laser beam cutting method using the same are provided. In a laser cutting system for cutting glass(40) using a laser beam generated from a laser beam generator(10), an infinite loope type laser beam cutting system comprises: a first optical fiber member(20) of which one end is connected to the laser beam generator, and of which the other end is disposed on an upper part of the glass; a beamsplitter(30) disposed between the other end of the first optical fiber member and the glass to split the laser beam; and a second optical fiber member(50) of which one end is disposed in a lower part of the glass, and of which the other end is disposed at a side part of the beamsplitter such that a laser beam that transmits the glass is returned to the glass again by the beamsplitter. The infinite loope type laser beam cutting system further comprises: a third collimator(63) installed between the first optical fiber member and the beamsplitter; a first collimator(61) and a first condenser lens(71) vertically installed between the beamsplitter and the glass; and a second collimator(62) and a second condenser lens(72) vertically installed between the glass and the second optical fiber member.
