An automatic weighing system for powdery material is provided to automatically transfer and weigh the powdery material without generation of scattering dust and to precisely combine several materials together by fabricating multiple silos separately containing different kinds of raw materials and an automatic and sequential weighing tank in the system. The system includes: multiple silos each of which has a funnel form of outlet at bottom side and each of powdery raw materials; a mixer for blending all of the raw materials forwarded from the silos; an automatic weighting tank which weighs the raw materials through a rod cell and feeds a constant amount of the raw materials to the mixer; multiple cyclone separators(140-140c) which separate the raw materials into particles and dust, and introduce the particles into both of the silos and the weighing tank; back filters(150-150c) which collect the dust separated by the cyclone separator; a pneumatic feeder(160) which provides high air pressure to the back filters to remove the dust from a filter cloth; multiple raw material conveyor ducts(170-170b) which deliver the powdery raw materials to the cyclone separators; a raw material transfer device(180) which transfers the raw materials from the outlets to the cyclone separators; and multiple rotary feeders(190-190g) which output the raw materials and the collected dust. |
