PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an optical waveguide line installed on a power cable effectively and simplify the same as well. SOLUTION: The power cable is provided with three core wires having an insulated conductor of which an outer part is coated with a semiconductor layer and a common casing which houses three of them, and at least one optical waveguide line and a filler are provided in a gap between the core wires and the casing and a shaped body 16 made of plastic and having a hollow chamber 17 is almost completely filled up by the filler, and an outer side of the hollow chamber 17 is partitioned by walls 18, 19 composed of a semiconductor material integrally formed with the above shaped body 16 and having a buffer effect against the outer semiconductor layer of at least one core wire, and at least one optical waveguide line is positioned in at least one hollow chamber 17 having the above walls 18, 19.
