A foreign material sorting device of the construction waste is provided to easily separate recycled aggregates and foreign materials by using a rotary scoop net installed on the water surface of a water tank. The foreign material sorting device of the construction waste is composed of a water tank(10) filled with water; a transfer conveyor(C1) guiding the construction waste mixed with foreign materials into the water tank; a rotary scoop net(20) partially submerged under the water of the water tank, rotated about a center shaft(21) by receiving power of a drive motor(30) to filter the foreign materials in the water tank, formed like a water mill by assembling plural scoop net plates(22), composed of plural scoop net plates shaped like a net to filter only foreign materials except for the water and a hanging piece(24) formed on the end to filter the foreign materials, and vibrated by a vibration motor; a foreign material discharge conveyor(C2) installed adjacent to the rotary scoop net to guide and discharge the foreign materials filtered by the rotary scoop net; a transfer screw(40) installed on the bottom of the water tank to forcibly transfer recycled aggregates and sludge precipitated on the bottom and discharge the recycled aggregates and sludge out of the water tank; a vibrating guide plate(60) obliquely installed at a part where the recycled aggregates and sludge are discharged, vibrated by a vibration motor(64), and provided with a net-shaped bottom side to drop the sludge to the lower side through the bottom net by vibration and transfer only the recycled aggregates along an inclined surface; and a recycled aggregate discharge conveyor(C3) guiding and discharging the pure recycled aggregates guided along the vibrating guide plate. |
