摘要 A jig for measuring a position and a direction of a robot gun is provided to measure the direction of the robot gun without rotating one jig by installing the jig to a tip of the robot gun having hexahedrons with targets on five surfaces, thereby reducing a calibration time of the robot gun. A jig(100) includes a target used to measure a position and a direction of a robot gun with a vision camera. The jig includes a chuck(110), a body(140), and a fixing unit. A hollow portion is formed in a structure that the inner side is recessed to plant the tip of the robot gun. A protrusion is formed at a central portion of the outer peripheral surface of the chuck. The body is mounted to the outer protrusion of the chuck. A hexahedron is provided in the body. Targets are provided on five surfaces of the hexahedron. The targets are symmetrically provided on both sides. The fixing unit fixes the body to the chuck. Two cut portions are formed in the chuck so that the circumference of the lower end can be bifurcated. A circular clamper fastens a lower portion of the chuck by using a socket bolt.
