A turnbuckle combining structure of a large water tank is provided to improve watertightness without forming a through-hole on a hollow resin plate by connecting the end of a long bolt of a turnbuckle to a combining unit of a staple-shaped channel. A large water tank is composed of a bottom part having hollow resin plates for the bottom horizontally supported by lower horizontal members arranged on the lowest side at regular intervals; a wall part having hollow resin plates for the wall vertically supported by reinforcing members and vertical members connected with the lower horizontal members of the bottom part at right angle and installed in a square container; a cover part having hollow resin plates for a cover vertically supported by upper horizontal members connected with the vertical members of the wall part at right angle; and a middle bearing wall having middle vertical members(40) vertically set up at regular intervals along the middle portion of the wall part and connected with the upper and lower horizontal members of the bottom part and the cover part, middle reinforcing members fitted at regular intervals between the middle vertical members, and hollow resin plates(60) connected to both sides of the middle vertical members and the middle reinforcing members. A staple-shaped channel(110) having a combining unit in the middle is fixed on one surface of the middle vertical member and the vertical member for the wall. One end of a long bolt(102) of a turnbuckle(100) extended or contracted by an adjusting tool is joined to the combining unit of the staple-shaped channel.
