An electronic induction heating apparatus and a method for controlling a temperature thereof are provided to heat a fluid stably at a high temperature by limiting a current which flows on a heating unit from a power converting apparatus. An electronic induction heating apparatus includes a first heating unit(I), a current detection unit, a current limitation unit(32), a first temperature detection unit(17), and a second temperature detection unit(18). The first heating unit(I) includes a fluid passage(11), a heating body(12), a work coil(13), an inverter(324), and a temperature controller(34). The fluid passage is formed by a pipe. The heating body of a magnetic material is installed inside of the fluid passage. The work coil(13) is formed on an outer circumferential plane of the fluid passage(11). The inverter(324) provides a current to the work coil(13). The current detection unit measures the current which flows on the work coil from the inverter(324). The current detection unit detects a temperature of an adjacent region where a magnetic field of the magnetic material of the heating body(12) is changed. The current limitation unit limits the current which flows on the work coil, and operates the inverter(324) stably. The first temperature detection unit detects a temperature of an outlet of the heating unit. The second temperature detection unit(18) is installed around an object to be heated. |
