A hydraulic floodgate with a safety locking device is provided to use conveniently and safely by preventing breakage of a hydraulic cylinder, to restrict foreign matters from falling down on the hydraulic cylinder and an operating rod by extending a cover plate on a top of the floodgate, and to lift down the floodgate by discharging air between a lower inside of the cover plate and the water surface with an air cap. A safety locking device(200) includes a pusher(210) lifting down a floodgate(100) by releasing hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic cylinder(20) and moving forward by supplying hydraulic pressure, a release lever(220) combined with a hinge(21) to pull a wire(230) by pressing an upper part with the pusher and moving back a lower part, a rack(240) vertically moved down by pulling the wire and moved up with elastic restoring force of a spring(241) in releasing the wire, a pinion(250) engaged with the rack to rotate a fixing bar(252) combined with a rotating shaft(251), a locking block(260) moving down around a hinge(262) with a roller(35) of an operating rod(30) in turning the fixing bar and returning with the elastic restoring force of a spring(261), and a push plate(270) formed in an upper part of the rack and pressed by the roller in lifting the floodgate to release the locking block by moving down the rack. A cover plate(300) is longitudinally extended backward on a top of the floodgate to prevent wrong operation of the hydraulic cylinder or the operating rod. An air cap(400) is elastically supported by a spring, and lifted to close an air discharge hole. The floodgate lifts down by discharging air between a lower inside of the cover plate and the water surface in moving the air cap up. |
