A device of removing metallic impurities on a belt conveyer for the construction waste treating process is provided to drop the metallic impurities to an outer side of the conveyor belt by slantly installing a metal cleaner on an inner surface of a conveyor belt, and prevent the metallic impurities from being inserted into the conveyor belt or prevent the conveyor belt from being torn by allowing the metal cleaner to remove the metallic impurities to an outer side of the conveyor belt. In a belt conveyor equipment for transporting recycled aggregates along a conveyor belt(30) inserted onto two transfer rollers, a device of removing metallic impurities on a belt conveyer for the construction waste treating process comprises: a metal cleaner(200) for pushing the metallic impurities dropping into an inner side of the conveyor belt to the side of the conveyor belt; a fixing cap(210) to which the metal cleaner is connected; connection links(220) for connecting the metal cleaner to the supporting bar; and a supporting bar(230) projected in an inner direction of the conveyor belt and connected to a frame(10) by a channel fixture(250), wherein the metal cleaner is installed slantly on the conveyor belt in rear of a magnetic separator, and the metal cleaner is connected to the supporting bar by the connection links to maintain a state that the metal cleaner is closely adhered onto the conveyor belt by its dead load. |
