An organic electro-luminescent panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a leak current from being generated at a high temperature. An organic electro-luminescent panel includes a substrate(10), a lower electrode(20), organic layers(30-50), and an upper electrode(80). The organic layers include a planarization layer, a laminated layer, and a light emitting layer. The lower electrode, the organic layers, and the upper electrode are sequentially laminated on the substrate. The planarization layer and the laminated layer are arranged between the lower electrode and the light emitting layer. The planarization layer is made of a hole-receiving material to perform planarization of a convexo-concave on the lower electrode. The laminated layer is made of a hole-receiving material and has a glass transition temperature, which is higher than that of the planarization layer. |
