An emergency reception service server in a mobile communication company and a service method thereof are provided to track the present location of a mobile terminal, which has received an emergency reception signal, through a cell or GPS method in order to offer evacuation information to the user until he/she completely gets out of danger. An emergency reception service server(300) comprises a user information DB(310), an evacuation completion information DB(325), an emergency reception service module(350), and an evacuation completion information management module(370). The user information DB(310) stores information on users registered as members and mobile terminal numbers matched with the user information. The evacuation completion information DB(325) stores evacuation completion information as matching it with user information. The emergency reception service module(350), in case an emergency situation occurs in a specific zone, extracts the user information and mobile terminal numbers of the specific zone from the user information DB(310) and transmits an emergency reception number to them. The evacuation completion information management module(370) checks whether evacuation completion information is received from a mobile terminal which has received the emergency reception signal. If evacuation completion information is received from the mobile terminal, the evacuation completion information management module(370) stores it in the evacuation completion information DB(325).
