A structure for stacking lids of water pails is provided to stack plural water pails in multiple layers without a stacking box by forming a round part at the lower side of the water pail and a stacking sill along the upper periphery of the lid. The structure for stacking lids(2) of water pails(1) is composed of the water pail having a receiving space(11) for storing disposable vinyl packs, a round part(12) formed at the lower periphery, and hanging projections(13) arranged on plural spots of the upper inside; the lid detachably installed at the upper inside of the water pail with covering the upper inside of the water pail by hanging grooves(21) correspondent to the hanging projections and making a handle band(3) in a recessed portion(22) of the center fitted and fixed; a stacking sill(23) formed at the upper periphery of the lid to place and fix the round part of the water pail; and an upward recessed portion(14) formed in the lower center of the water pail to protect the handle band.
