A ventilation louver of an outdoor unit chamber for improving heat insulation and intercepting heat exchanger is provided to mount a ventilation louver by using insulation elements and gaskets for reinforcing heat insulation effect, thereby improving insulating and defrosting efficiency for a space adjacent to the outdoor unit chamber. A ventilation louver of an outdoor unit chamber for improving heat insulation and intercepting heat exchanger includes a plurality of slats(10) arranged with a uniform interval in a frame(1) and controllable in an inclination angle thereof. First gaskets(20) are mounted at joining portions of stepped difference portions of the slats. A plurality of heat insulating elements(30) attached outside and/or inside the slats, wherein joining surfaces thereof are attached with each other missing joining surfaces of upper and lower parts of the slats. Second gaskets(40) are mounted to the upper and lower joining surfaces of the heat insulating elements.
